All chalets sleep maximum 3 adults (1 couple & 1 single) or 2 adults & 1 child. If booking for 3 persons please contact us & include the age of the child as not all our elevated chalets are suitable lodgings for infants.

Checking In/Out
Check in 2pm - Check out 10am. Office hours 8am - 6pm unless pre-arranged.
Payment
Full credit card details are required to secure all reservations. Payment for all accommodation must be paid in full on arrival.
Guests making a booking must be 21 years of age or over with Passport photo ID. Managers reserve the right to ask underage or any other guests to vacate the premises. All visitors must report to the Office on arrival & are not permitted on the premises after dark. All visitor vehicles must be parked off-site.
House Rules
- No pets are allowed on the premises.
- No smoking inside all Chalets. If you do smoke inside you may be charged for the cleaning & loss of future income.
- Any breakages, damage or loss to the Chalet or property & chattels may be charged to the guest.
- The cooking of odiferous foods is not permitted in our Chalets. If the Chalet is unable to be occupied by subsequent guests due to cooking odours you may incur a charge. Please use our designated BBQ area.
- The proprietors accept no liability for infringement by guests Under NZ Law, which prohibits the illegal download & sharing of copyrighted material. The penalties & fines for such activity vary & the proprietors will recoup any charges or fees from the offending party.
- Guests will be charged NZ$50 for lost keys.
- A bond of $200 may be requested by Management.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival, no charge. Cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival, will be charged 1 nights accommodation. No shows will be charged in full.
